Join us for a sweet and immersive book club experience with The Chocolate Touch by Patrick Skene Catling! Together, we’ll dive into this whimsical story about a boy whose touch turns everything to chocolate, sparking lively discussions on themes like greed, consequences, and self-control. Each week, we’ll explore a new reading strategy to strengthen comprehension while enjoying fun, hands-on activities and creative crafts inspired by the book.
From DIY bookmarks and Magic Touch Handprints to Chocolate Treat Collages and Golden Touch Bracelets, there’s something exciting to create at every meeting. With snacks provided and books included, all you need to bring is your love of reading, a big imagination, and maybe a sweet tooth! This club is the perfect way to build reading skills while having fun in a creative and interactive environment.
