Kindergarteners, get ready to embark on an exciting journey through stories and art! Each week, we’ll dive into fun and engaging tales like Sneezy Snowman, The Mitten, and The Day the Crayons Quit. Students will practice essential comprehension skills such as sequencing (beginning, middle, end), exploring characters and their traits, identifying settings, and solving story problems.
After each story, the adventure continues with a creative craft inspired by the book, allowing students to express their imagination and showcase their artistic side. At the end of the 8-week session, every child will select their favorite story and take home a copy to cherish forever.
This club is all about nurturing a love for reading, boosting comprehension skills, and sparking creativity through art.
